The line graph compares four different regions in terms of total exports of clothing between 2000 and 2014. Units are measured in percentages.
Overall, there was a decline in all regions, with the exception of China which experienced a dramatic growth.
In 2009, European union was a dominant figure, making up 31% of overall exports, while at the same time this number for Asia, not including China, was 20%. During the period, the ratio of clothing in exporting decreased sharply to the same point with Asia in 2014 at around 17%.
There was a smooth and gradual fall in the exports of clothing in USA from approximately 12% to 5%in 2014. Unlike other three nations, starting with the smallest ratio among other regions at 10%, China exported the 35% of total exports of clothing at end of the period, which led to the dominance of China in this sector.
