The line graph outlines the summaries of exporting clothes in 4 nations from 2000 to 2014.
Overall, China saw a steady increase in total exports, while other three countries: EU, Asia, and USA had slight falls throughout the period. Additionally, the share of total clothing exports in the USA remained the lowest point over a decade.
Surpassed, China exported nearly 15% of total clothes in the first year and rose drastically over 14 years and finally took the first position with approximately more than 35% of total exports. In contrast, Asia (without China) experienced a dramatic decline to under 20% in 2002 after reaching 30% of clothing exports and maintaining the same level for the remaining years.
Concerning the USA and EU total exports, the EU led in the figure for exports in 2000 which was up to 33%; however there was a significant drop in 2010 with 23% and landed its lowest place at 21%. Similarly, more than 10% is the share for total exports in the USA for the very first year before recording a modest decrease over a period and hitting the bottom at 7% of its total exports.
