overall, It is obvious that the majority of theft per thousand in Great Britain was by far than other countries during 99 years ,and also stolen car in Sweden increased significantly. while Canada and France experienced a drop at the same period.
In 1990, the theft vehicles were next to 18000 in Great Britain, while, in Sweden ,Canada and France were 8000, 7000 and 6000 , respectively. The vehicle thefts went up dramatically approximately to 15000 in Sweden at the end of 1990.
