First and foremost, the number of thieves in the UK went stable and stayed at the top of the table from about 16 to 17. While, Sweden’s crime rate began at the lowest point of the table, it grow dramatically began 5 and rose three times.
As for as France and Canada’s crime rates they began at nearly similar rates about 6 and in 1993 year both trends decreased 5 latter one and 7 former. However all trends increased again and finished at the same level about 6 until 1999 year.
