Overall, the number of cases of X virus diseases had a pyramid type change over the period. It took a dramatic rise in 1975 and plateaued till 1980 before getting to complete extinction.
There were around 50 reports of X virus patients in 1960. The quantity of patients steadily increased to 200 in 1970. Then, it experienced a sharp rise and grew to 500, which is the peak in its history, in 1975. After this, it remained absolutely constant for the straight five years.
This was followed by a consistent decline and dropped to approximately 40 around 1987. In 1990, it fell down to a level where no citizen was reported to be effected by the X_virus after a sharp downfall. These numbers did not change an inch for the consecutive years till 1995.
