Looking from an overall perspective, in the present there is no residential housing, only a manufacturing area. However, in the future, it seems that industrial areas are converted into a small town having a variety of facilities such as transportation, health, and marketing facilities.
On the one hand, in the first diagram, there are different factories which are connected by one roundabout road. Although there is a wide region of farmland which is opposite to the river.
On the other hand, the future planned development diagram is totally different from the present industrial area of Norbiton.
