In the northwest, the vacant land is going to be filled with accommodations, replacing the manufacturing facilities near the center. Meanwhile, the arc road in the middle of the area will be expanded with the addition of two new lanes to the north and the west, which will be surrounded by many houses. The southwest will also witness a number of changes, with factories being converted into shops, and the straight lane being transformed into a new small arc one.
In the northeast of the industrial zone, the green area will be moved to the left, making way for the appearance of a large housing system next to the riverbank, which will be accompanied by a new path through the river.
