In terms of overall changes, the civic centre willshifted its focus toward recreation, with the addition of café, hotel and restaurant, along with exhibition centre areas in place of old elements like car park and library. Of particular note is the cinema, as it will preserve its initial configurations, despite the fact that other buildings will be removed.
Now, left hand-side of the map is occupied by high street, while smith street is located right hand-side there is the café will be introduced on the north-west side of the map in place of the former car park area. In spite of these changes , the cinema will remain unchanged in its original form at the top of the map. The second car park area on the east-north side will be cleared to make a room for a new hotel and restaurant.
On the other hand, at the bottom of the map, although library near the town hall will be replaced by an exibition area, shopping centre stayed unaltered in their initial position. The town hall in the middle of the map will be enlarged, with the addition of the underground car park area. An underground library will be set up below the cinema, an area previously covered by council offices. The exhibition area next to the high street will be removed to make a way for a new council office.
