Overall, the area will remain an educational facility. However, following the transformation, the layout will shift to expand existing facilities, increase capacity for students, and incorporate new amenities, though greenery will be sacrificed. Of particular note is that the administrative offices will be retained.
Currently, the site features a compact layout with a single entrance. It consists of ten areas for teaching split by a central corridor, with a staff room at the end and a row of trees on the east side. Upon entering, there is a car park and administrative offices to the left, behind which are situated large sports fields.
The proposed development plan introduces significant changes. A new entrance will be added on the far right to improve accessibility, providing access to three newly constructed labs and a computer room, which will replace the felled trees. Meanwhile, the original entry will now lead to an increased total of 12 teaching spaces. Whereas the staff room is slated for expansion, half of the sports fields will be converted into a modern sports hall, while the remaining half will still serve its original purpose. A final alteration is the introduction of a cafe as well as a library, which will come at the cost of the car park.
