Overall, there have been many significant changes, especially the remove of industrial zones, the expansion of public facilities such as swimming pools, seaports and universities. Residential areas and educational improvements have been developed.
Regarding the illustration of Darwin town in 2009. The central area to the North includes the Convention Center located near the lake. By the way, the industrial area surrounds the lake and extends South. Also, to the West there is a school in the upper left corner and below is a large industrial area extending near the shore. Ultimately, there is a swimming pool near the eastern shore and fishing areas are located along the East coast.
In terms of changing in infrastructure and public works in 2014. Firstly, the industrial area was completely removed and replaced by green areas. By the way, a new university building was built in the west. Next, a new harbor was built in the southeast, near the sea. Then, a new swimming pool was built in the northwest. Finally, the number of residential buildings increased and more trees were planted through the southern area. The rest remained the same.
