Overall, there were some changes in urban development, additions to the recent road structure, as well as a change in the usage purpose of green suburban area.
In 1995, the village had two crossing road lines in the middle and housing was placed around the north/ northwest side of the road. The northeast area contained a huge greenery and farm area, such as a farmland and a forest park for communities nearby. On the south side of the forest park, hotel facility was situated, while shops were mainly constructed in the southwest area, just above the road structure. On the opposite side of the road, fish markets were available, which were located just in front of a fishing port.
In contrast, the contemporary layout showcases several changes. The fish market was replaced by apartments along the coastline and the fishing port was demolished, while a café was opened on the east side. The hotel building remained in the same place, however, a car park area added nearby for optimizing the customer experience. The housing district preserved its previous placement, just a few more living spaces added. Meanwhile, farmland and forest park completely changed their usage purpose and were replaced by golf and tennis fields.
