Overall, the area will be dominated by residences and industrial sites, accompanied by a complex infrastructure.
Looking at the outside of the ring first, this area will comprise a total of nine residential buildings, with six of them and a recreational zone being located in the western side. The remaining three, however, will be constructed in the eastern side. There will be two industrial sector, one will be positioned in the north-west quadrant while the other will be situated in the south-east corner. In addition, all of these areas will be enclosed by roads leading to the ring roads.
Turning to the central space, which will be bordered by the ring roads, this site will feature numerous transportation facilities. The center will be occupied by a large parking space, accompanied by two bus stands, and connected to the rest of the area via four roads. Three recreational spaces adjacent to the parking space will be lined up from north to south whereas another one is located in the eastern side of the parking lot. Finally, the majority of this area will be used for six housing areas.
