The map depicts a rectangular area with certain landmarks that are to be built within the new town.The proposed town is to begin with an oval at the centre comprising of key sites including two parking areas and 2 bus stands.Then, towards the outer regions of the central oval there are 6 housing facilities divided into 4 sections with a narrow road separating each section. Out of the four sections- The first section strictly contains accomodation, another contains 2 housing accomodations and a singular recreational centre, while one contain a singular housing facility and the final sector contains 3 additonal recreational facility along with an housing region.

The four roads emerging from the outer oval splits the town into 6 divisions with two large industry area bordering the remaining four housing facilities. Additionally, to this proposed idea there will be an implementation of a ring road at the top end of the central oval.

The overall costruction intends to place five recreational facilities across the town while contructing ample living space for 16 housing communities varying in shapes and sizes .
