Overall, the area experienced significant transformations after the construction of the hydroelectric dam, with the river being replaced by a large lake, the disappearance of natural and agricultural land, and the development of new facilities such as a hotel, fishing areas, and electricity lines.
In 1980, there was a dense forest near the river with old ancient structures. At that time, the area didn’t have any water activities. However, it had a huge irrigated farmland which had mountains next to it. In the West side of the river there were a lot of mountains in different places, moreover, there were also rare plants and animals between two mountains. In the East side of the river there was a small village adjacent to an irrigated farmland.
In 2000, the area was modernized, with facilities like hotels were constructed. The river had been enlarged and turned into a lake with water facilities in it. As river had turned into a lake, people could go fishing or boating. Two mountains in the South had been connected to each other with a hydroelectric dam. The village was replaced by a hotel, but village relocated to the southern side. The electricity had been added alongside the river.
