The maps illustrate some changes to a Frenton city which had been developed for 22-year of period.
It is clear that the city had changed considerably becoming more recreational as new housing as well as entertainment facilities had been constructed. Additionally, with the introduction of the flats, the town became more residential.
The city Frenton used to include some facilities in 1990. There was a school in the north-west corner with a bank nearby and the landscape of trees to the south-west opposite. The High street crossed the town, to the north-middle of which was located a playing areas with greenery of trees close to hospital that wa in front of bank. Library was situated in the middle to the west side of the street. Those changes, however, came at the expense of trees that located in north and south part of city in 1990. Moving to the East, residential houses dominated the landscape and to the south of the houses was a shop. Theater was located next to shops and the cafe, park was in the middle of eastern part of city.
Since then, the city underwent some changes. While the school remained intact, bank went and in its place was a new restaurant and the area of trees to the south was placed by technopark. Moreover, playing fields with trees was positioned by block of flats, The area of the hospital was expanded, but the library remained the same. The new construction of flats to the north-east meant that city citizens could access more accommodation places. There was hotel and golf course in the place of cafa and park in the middle of eastern side of the street.
