The two maps compare development of Frenton between 1990 to 2012, showing the key changes that have taken place over the given period. Overall, the most notable change was the transformation of cafe and park into hotel and golf court, whereas school remained relatively the same.
It is clear seen that bank and playing fields with trees were reconstructed to restaurant and blocks of flats in 2012. In 1990, it western part of country we can see a little hospital, which was expanded after 20 years. In 1990 trees in the bottom left corner was cutted down and build technopark. In both years it is noticeable that the school, the high street way and the library was stand unchanged in the same locations.
In 2012, at the top of the right part of the map flats were build. In the right-side middle of map was cafe and park near were houses in 1990. It was replaced with hotel and golf course near blocks of flats in 2012. At the edge map were shops opposite which there was a theatre in 1990. After 12 years it was replaced by supermarket and cinema.
