The "Before development" map shows unused land adjacent to a road leading to areas designated for animals, farm buildings, and agricultural land; the scene ends with cliffs over a beach and sea. The "After development" map features a modified layout starting with a road near a lake and a parking area, leading to various new amenities, including a cafe, children's play area, and woods; the remaining elements include revised cliffs with footpaths and steps providing access to a beach and sea, with paths interconnecting different parts.

The two maps illustrates the changes done to coastal land in order to become coastal park.
Overall, it can be seen that changes done to this place are significant. Coastal land became more tourist-oriented. Most important changes were done to beach and argicultural zones.
First of all, unused land and place for animals were reconstructed to lake zone with trees being added. Farm buildings were demolished to organise car parking zone. North from the car park the cafe was built. Huge argicultural land at the east side of a map was used to plant trees and make woods zone. The walking path from a car park to both lake and woods zone was well-troden. The car road remained the same.
The stairs were added in cliff zone, making it easier to go to the beach. The beach zone was organised to: the umbrellas and mattresses were added. This place became more crowded.
