As we can see, the first location lays on the Left Bank of the River Seine, the same one that has a Maritime Museum, a park next to it and the aquarium on the east side of it. In total, those places are getting more than 10,000 visitors a day, which means that those are flaring up the interests of the tourists. The future restaurant takes place right next to the park, on the left side of it. If you cross the Bir Hakeim Bridge,you could find yourself staring right at it. But could there be a better option for a placement?
Looking at the approximate plan, we can see that the second location takes place on the Left Bank, East side of the Eiffel tower, in front of the park. Being a tourist attraction and a first association with France, the Eiffel tower gets 16,000 visitors a day, which is twice more than the Maritime Museum, that is located on the bank in front of it. And if we take a closer look, such objects as a sports centre on the west side and the art gallery summary get another 1250 more visitors.
So, judging by the listed numbers of people that visit those places each day and by the map, in conclusion it could be a better decision to open a new restaurant on the second location. It will be more beneficial for the owners, since this location gives way more breathtaking sight that tourist could use for the photos or the quality time, having a meal here and looking at the grand landmark of the Paris. And the more visitors coming there, the more revenue the restaurant could get.
