By 2040, sports field will be modernised to the sports centre, which will be located in the right corner of flood manegement wetland, where a cycle path will be constructed next to it. Church and the Swan will remain in their places, whereas EV charging hub will be built on the top of it. A corner shop will be replaced with a community health centre, and a village hall will be demolished and a community hub will be constructed in it’s place.
