Overall, the village is projected to transform into a more residental area by expanding new housing and introducing new green, eco-friendly infrastructures such as solar farm and flood management werland. While the church and The Swan remained unchanged.
In the present layout, the houses are mostly located on the easern side of the village, while The Swan, Corner Shop and village hall were on the other side of the rular area. A church stands to the northwest and a sports field to the southeast.
By 2040, the village is anticipated to be more modernised with the addition of a flood management wetland to the northeast, along with a cycle path alongside the river. The sports field will be rebuilt as a sports centre and a new solar farm will be constructed to the expanded area in the south. Additionally, housing will be expanded mostly to the northwest of the village and some major changes in the heart of the village, such as Corner Shop and village hall will be demolished and replaced with a community heart centre and a community hub.
