The map demonstrates the comparison of the development of Banville city between 1995 and present. Overall, the city undergone a series of changes in its layout.
In 1950, the city has only small houses located in the eastern part of city. The city plan had a significant green coverage areas with the trees in the Southeastern and northwestern parts. In the western part of the city, a factory was located right beside the forest. A motor way in the city center was connecting the factory and the houses. On the southern part of the city, a station is situated, while a church was located on the opposite side of the city center.
In the present configuration, the housing has significant development replacing the small houses from the previous plan with the high rise buildings. All the greenery forests from the former layout have been replaced with the housing and transport infrastructures. A new airport was built near the skyscrappers in the southeastern forests while new apartment blocks have substituted in the northwestern forestal area. The factory was replaced as the shopping mall while the station remained at the exact location as before. However, a new football stadium was built by the station. In the city center, the drive way was reintroduced as the pedestrians line.
In summary, the city has transformed from the ordinary plan to more functional and multi-purposed layout.
