The map above presents how the layout of a city called Banville has changed between 1955 and in present day. At a glance, Banville city has progressed in urban development through several new developments from infrastructure, accomodations, to transportation hubs.
Banville city in the past wasn’t quite as developed, with simple housing as the only form of living quarters, a factory nearby the lake, and forestry scattered in the south east and north west of the town. A single train station acted as the primary public transport, being adjacent to the road across the city centre.
However, in today’s world, the city of Banville has gone through several constructions. Accomodation in Banville city has expanded through skyscrapers and apartment blocks being built, replacing the housing east to the city centre and the patch of green in the north west. Not only that, the once operating factory has been replaced with a shopping centre. The church near the city centre has also suffered the same fate, being rebuilt into a bar. The city nowadays has a range of transportation option, a new station built right across the original for regular commuting, as well as a new a new air travel hub replacing the once flourishing trees in the south east.
