The image illustrates two plans of Porth Harbour, one from 2000 and another representing the current layout. In 2000, the harbour included an area labeled public, fishing, and private that has remained consistent today. There were three parking areas: one marked as public parking near the water’s edge, a designated parking area without label, and a car park closer to the road, all present in both layouts. The leisure area labeled 'Cafe' has shifted in its style to current 'Hotel'. Ongoing labeled features such as fishing area, a fishing market, and an area viewers named as boats persist as part of the fishing community. There are noticeable changes; however, the distribution remains in distinct zones with the comparative layout preserving some structural similarity like the pier. A marked zone designated as 'Cruisers' on both maps highlights a repeated theme. Leisure elements like kiosks near the water have evolved into shops. The point of interest, paths, demarcated, suggest a transition but maintain certain geographical identifiers.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The two pictures shows how the Porth Harbour evoled from the year of 2000 and how it looks after more than two decades.
Overall, There very minimal changed in the contructions throughout this last 26 years. The very noticesibly changed is how the area was more into a public friendly where everyone could enjoy the facilities into more bussiness-oriented properties.
In the past, everything looks community-oriented area, where we can find some public beaches for every economic status could enjoy the view without pay any money. Decades later, the private companies took over one beach and make them a private property where it only the middle class and upper class to afford that. The harbour was also has one dock for a boat to stop before it double to ensure the area could welcome more tourists and give more fortunes to the companies.
The historical buliding in the southeast side of the harbour was also refunction into a hotel which also another private property. They also created the new road to make way to the hotel where it was only accessible through a boat.
