Looking at the west side, houses remained unchanged, while the park downsized and shifted its location slightly to right in 2015. Moreover, the park was replaced by the terraced houses, which had moved from the east to the west. A new path was erected to lead to the newly built sports centre and the smaller car park, where it was originally two parallel tennis courts in 1980. There was also an addition of upgraded facilities, such as sports centre, bring residents a wider range of activities options.
To the central, the road was enhanced with a roundabout to help reducing traffic congestion during busy working hours. Warehouses was built to show the improvement of the infrastructure, bringing economy growth for Fosbury. To the northeast area, Grocer’s shop as well as the block of flats was demolished. However, a larger scale of supermarket was erected to have consumers to buy daily necessities. Besides it, there was an equal size of car park for not only travelers staying overnight in the hotel to park at but also residents to shop at the market.
