Overall, the town is notably constructed for the purpose of establishing residential area, as most area will be designated for accommodation, whereas, industrial areas will be located outside the residential ones and the road system is planned to be designed in a radical pattern, with main roads directing to the town center and a ring road surrounded residential zone to separate from two industrial areas.
As can be seen from the map, it shows a circular layout for residential and industrial areas, with a town center being planned to be located in the middle of the town. There will be six accommodation zones surrounding the town center inside the ring road while land outside the ring road will be used for planning other housing areas and two industrial zones, with a smaller one in the top left corner and a larger one in the bottom right corner of the map.
Regarding recreational areas, other amenities and the road system in the town, four roads will be put up to connect the ring road to the downtown, where three parking areas and two bus stops stand and recreational zones are planned to set up in each housing area inside the ring road and other ones will be spotted outside the ring road, with two large entertainment zone being placed to the north of the town, a small one being in the northwest of the town and the smallest remaining one being located in the southwest.
