The maps depict the differences between a village park 10 years ago and present time. It can be seen that the area has developed a lot in the given 10 years.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the park is modernized and lots of facilities increased, although the greenery is demolished. There are a few similarities but many differences in the two layouts.
Looking at the maps, it can be clearly seen that the tennis courts and car parking area, which were 2 tennis courts and 20 cars in the parking area, are expanded with 4 courts and 50 cars in the parking area on the north side and west side on the maps, whereas the football pitch and children’s play area in the central part and northeast on the park remained unchanged in the 10 years.
On the other hand, in the map, in the southwest part, a picnic area is introduced, while in the southern part, the park greenery and pond are replaced with a cafe and boating lake. However, a children’s soft play area and toilets in the east part of the park were constructed in 10 years, and also a cycle path was built around the village park in a decade.
