The picture shows two different plans for a conference room. There are two plans like as plan A and plan B. Both plans show same space for a conference room but with different angles. Each room contains white board, morning tea and podium. In the plan A; podium is placed near to white board and sitting of participants is designed in U shape. In plan A, conference room bears more space for participants. Whereas Plan B is also very accurate. In Plan B; morning tea is placed near to white board. White board is the key element of conference room. Conference room should be designed in such a way that white board is visible to every one equally. Another important thing to consider while designing conference room is the sitting arrangement of participants. Sitting of all participants should be arranged in such a way that morning tea is accessible to everyone.
In the recent times; a conference room has gained much importance. It is discussion arena and a platform to highlight key features of a selected topic. A conference room should be designed in such a way that it remains comfortable and hygienic for everyone.
As far as we are discussing about the plans of a conference room. I would like to suggest Plan A for a conference room. Because Plan A contains special features of sitting. In Plan A participant sitting is designed in a unique way which is U shaped. Whiteborad is visible to everyone and morning tea is also available at rare side conference room.
