The map illustrates two different plans for the layout of a conference room.
Overall, the two plans have the same entrance design with noticeable differences inside the room. The major ones are the removal of podium in Plan B and the different locations of morning tea zone, the whiteboard and seating plans.
Looking at the diagrams in more details, the podium is designed to be added to the northwest of the conference room in Plan A whereas it is completely omitted in Plan B. In terms of the refreshment area, the place for morning tea will be included to the south of the room in Plan A while it is planned to be in the northwest corner of Plan B.
Turning to the presentation zone, although the whiteboard is projected to be at the top of the room, near the entrance, in Plan A, it will be moved slightly to the middle of the room in Plan B. Looking at the seating arrangements, in Plan A, we can see that the chairs will be placed in a vertical row along the tables except for those which will be opposed to the whiteboard. In Plan B, the seats will be doubled while a chair and a small desk will be added in front of the whiteboard.
