The maps illustrate the extent to which an area has changed with the construction of a hydroelectric power plant. Overall, the area has undergone significant modifications, evolving from a simple village to a multifunctional area. In fact, the introduction of a hydroelectric power plant has brought new amenities, including transmission towers and a hotel.
Before the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, the area used to have a straightforward layout. The center of the area was occupied by a river, running from north to south, adjacent to which were mountains from northeast and farmland from the east. The national park was located near the forest on eastern side, behind which historic Castle. The village was located in southeast corner of the area.
With the addition of a hydroelectric power plant, the area has seen complete changes, with the exception of the forest, village and mountains, where these areas stay in their original positions. Western space, once home to the national park and historic Castle, now accommodates power plant and transmission towers. The farmland has been transformed into a hotel. The top part of the river has changed into a lake, expanding in size. This part has enhanced, providing opportunities for sailing and ships. The hydroelectric dam has been built in the middle of the river, controlling the water and producing energy.
