Depicted in the illustrations is a transformation plan of an industrial site into a residential area.
Overall, the site is expected to undergo a host of dramatic changes with the underlying purpose of accommodation needs at the expense of workplaces. Additionally, the redevelopment of the inner part was accompanied by the construction of more rooms for specific functions.
At present, the industrial complex is surrounded by TL, CR, PW, and SS, but workers can only access the place via the entrance and reception part located on the top of the industry. This structure is projected to be demolished to make room for a chain of bedroom houses individually organized in rows, facing newly-added communal gardens in the front. The parking lot nearby will also be turned into three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses situated separately.
The spot where it is now the office building, in the future, is predicted to be utilized to erect some parking garages for private vehicles. In the vicinity of the Pie Walk, the factory in the right-hand corner will be repurposed into an apartment with its own parking space constructed on top of that place. Moreover, the location examined is going to witness the addition of private roads around the housing region to meet the daily commute of the residents.
