Overall, it is planned to redevelop industrial site into housing-focused area. Majority of empty spaces will be filled with infrastructure.
Nowadays, district is industry oriented, since there are factory, storage and lots of offices. Right in the center there is large yard. In the north part, it is building supposed for entrance and reception. In the middle south, there is building that includes 6 offices and canteen. On the east of that – factory, on the west – storage. Finally, there is a parking right north from storage.
In a development plan, area seems to change its orientation and focus on housing. Middle north part fullfilled with 6 bedroom houses and communal gardens nearby. On the west, it is planned to build 7 bedroom houses and on the east, there will be apartment building with parking area next to it. Lastly, parking garages are going to be built in the middle south of site.
