Overral, there have been significant changes, including the development of residential and infrastructure areas with the addition of new facilities such as school complex, fitness area and government office. Some places were replaced or decreased in territory.
In nothern part of the city, the housing area remained unchanged. However one part of park was replaced by fitness complex. Additionaly, the school was expanded into building with three floors. In the east of the city, the bus and train station located in the same place as they was, but new bridge was constructed over the river.
In the south, some noticable changes can be seen. The traditional market remained at the same location, but art center was built near. The old town slightly narrowed because of increased in size industrial complex, but its location stayed unchanged. Moreover, a new government office was built to the east of the old town.
