The two maps provide information on changes in an island over a period of ten years.
Overall, it can be seen from the maps that the infrastructure of this island changed a lot. Specifically, roads and buildings were erected, while animals living areas remained stable.
In terms of infrastructure changes, the new resort appeared on the northeast side of the island; due to this fact, a beach was converted into the resort area. The number of houses was also increased , and they became connected by the road, which was prolonged. During the given period, the living location of seals and penguins did not change and stayed at the northwest and northeast, respectively.
Regarding the outside area, it can be observed that the bridge was constructed, and using car ferry to move to the mainland became pointless. Furthermore, at the bottom of the map, a tour boat appeared, with the route across the island and the final point being the seals colony.
