The given maps show the different of a beachfront area in Australian between 1950 and the present days.
It is clear that, there is a renovation of the road in today compared to the past.While facilities in front of a beach are still remain unchanged,the significant replacement is showed in the west and east of the maps.
In 1950, the road runned through a beachfront and directly headed to the car park.However,it have been extended and reached to the lighouse in the southeast.Moreover, the playground right in front of the coast was replaced by the second-bigger car park and is right next to beanches and the pavilion,which are remain stable through researching period.
To the southwest of the map,some of surf club and restaurant are opened and the pool had been increaed into 50m pool which is double compared to the past.In the opposite side,while there are still had the lighthouse and 25m pool,the are is improved by the operater of another surf club.Futhermore, one remarkable change is that the sea reached closely to the coast .
