The maps illustrate the bookstore from 2000 on above and now on below. Overall,it is clear that new books and travel books remained in the same place while hobbies,cookery and art books relocated and new facilities were added where it used to be located.
According to the 2000s map,the building is rectangular in shape and entrance is on the left side. Moreover, fiction sector is make up the entire north wall and half of the right wall, forming an L shape. Meanwhile, a service desk is in the left corner and non-fiction sector is in the right corner of the south wall. On the left-hand side, rectangle shaped new books room and travel section are placed. On the right-hand side,hobbies,cookery and art shelfs are located.
By comparison,the current map shows a slightly different arrangement. On the north wall, the art,cookery and fiction sections have been repositioned and on the right-hand side,the non-fiction section has also repositioned. On the right side of the south wall, a circle-shaped desk with 4 chair and a cafe were added. However, the travel, new books sections along with the service desk, stayed same as before.
