The above maps show a civic centre between the present and the future plan for the street.

As we can see the car parking on the left hand-side is changed into a cafe and the right hand-side is developed into a hotel & restaurant with a business point of view for public attraction. The other evident changes that can be notes are the exhibition constructed into council offices and a new underground library to it’s side . The town hall has renovated it’s building and added an underground car park for easability of the public. The last difference that is visible is the exhibition instead of the library as it make more sense to keep all the shopping related things withing close proximity, this way the public can access the resources easily. The street on either sides remain the same.

From the map we can conclude that the the future plan did in a way enhance the Avenue making it more flexible and quick navigable for everyone.
