The above maps delineate a city centre between the present and future plan. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there will be a huge transform places into new form, which followed by changes in general infrastructure.

Now, there are two of car parking area which is near the Smith and High Street and alongside the cinema. In the future it is projected to displace two parking zones near cinema to the underground in order to build café, restaurant and hotel. The underground car park will be under town hall, which will stay between entertaining area and new open place with library beneath the ground. Replacing the exhibition is the council offices.

Also, the exhibition will move to the bottom right corner in favour of library near the High Street, which will become undergrounded. Shopping centers and cinema has remained the same and there are no other planned alterations.
