The two maps illustrate development plans for a conference centre in the future.
Overall, the centre will undergo significant changes. Specifically, the entire left side will be redesigned while the right side and the central area will be equipped with new amenities. Additionally, the relative location of the land compared to the main road will remain unchanged.
On the right side and in the central area, the two metting rooms currently located on the far right will be replaced by three smaller rooms. By contrast, the large main hall in the central area will be shrunk to about half its current size to create space for a restaurant and a cafe, which will occupy about two-thirds of the remaining area. Furthermore, at present, a complex that consists of toilets, receptions, and a café next to the road, extending from the right side towards the centre. In the future, while the toilets and receptions will remain unchanged, the old café will be replaced by a larger fitting room.
On the left side, gardens will be expanded, resulting in the car park being reduced to about half its current size. As a result of this change and the construction of the fitting room, there will be two shorter roads directly connecting to the car park with main road instead of the diagonal road to the left of the parking site.
