Overall, the area will undergo significant developments with the extension of a meeting room, the introduction of a fitting room and kitchen, and the relocation of a café. It is also notable that the conference center will keep most of its facilities, despite experiencing certain alterations to enhance the overall appearance of it.
Focusing on the present structure of the conference center, there are two meeting rooms on the west corner. In the center, a hall is located. A toilet, reception, and café are accommodated on the south side of the area. When it comes to the west, a car park is situated, with gardens occupying the top of it. On the western part, a road is built, with access from the left-hand to the car park.
Turning to the future redevelopment of the area, it will be extended in certain sectors. Specifically, a new meeting room will be introduced in addition to the previous meeting rooms without occupying extra space. The café will be relocated just north part of the hall, adjacent to a newly constructed kitchen on the east corner. A fitting room will be built in the location of the café. In the eastern side, gardens will be extended, occupying the same area as the car park. While the toilet and reception will remain in their original positions, the access to the car park will be from the south directly.
