Overall, the industrial area in the town of Norbiton have many factorys and a river near the farmland. In the future the industrial area will have many housings, shops, medical centre, playground and school.

Looking at the first map, the industrial area have 3 factorys in the middle of the area and 5 factorys in the eastern side of the area. In the northern side we have the river. In the western side we have a town.

Looking at the second map, the factorys have been transformed into housing, in the eastern side we have 3 housings, in the northern side we have one housing, in the western side we have 3 housings. In the southern side we have shops and medical center have been added. In the north eastern we have playground has been added. In the eastern side we have school have been added.
