The map illustrate the Norbiton’s industrial area where is planned development in near future. some huge change are planned for future architecture.
firstly, in the plan the river would split into two half but currently it is a single river and the farmland in the north direction is planned to shifted towards east side replaced by houses with fully carpeted roads and overhead bridge. Presently there are so many factories around the roundabout which are planned to be switched by so many houses yet forming the society. in the west-south side of roundabout are decided to make commercial area like shops. moreover there would be a lot of other facilities like medical center in the east south side of circular. secondly there is a future planned of playground near the residence for children. children plays important part in the progress of world, hence for better studies school are planned in east pole of round shape.
overall the future planned is more progressed area of Norbiton than present with factories. The developed area would have so many facilities like shops, medical center, and playground for town.
