Overall, the industrial area is planned to be transformed into a residential area, with construction of new facilities (shops, medical center, playground, school). The road will be extented, expanding the area.

The buildings now serving as factories are planned to be demolished, making place for residential infrastructure to be built. A school will be put up instead of the factory on the east end of the road. Houses, shops, and medical center, where factories are now located, are planned to be erected alongside the road. Playground will be construsted near the river.

The land used for farming on the north side of the river will be reduced, as new residential facilities are planned to be built there, which will make the Norbiton residential area bigger. Another plan is to elongate the road, making new paths. In the north-west, the road will lead to housing, while in the north it is planned to cross the river, leading to another housing.
