These pictures illustrate the current configuration of an industrial place which is located in Norbiton and shows its future development planning.
From these two maps, it is clear that this area will experience dramatic changes in the following years, while the town, river and the center circle road will still stay at the same location with only some small changes.
In the north of this area, a river is running throughout from west to east. In the future, there will be a new road from town center divide this river into two parts so that farmland will be moved to the east. Several factories were settled along the road now, but in the future, all the factories will be replaced by housings.
As for the roads of this town, they will witness a huge development. There will be roads from four different directions. On the southern road, a new circular road will be built on the boundary of this town, which is smaller than previous one. In particular, the workers will constructed various facilities such as shops and medical centre between the two circular roads. And playground and school will be distributed in the middle of the eastern road and the end of it respectively.
