In 1970, there was also a farmland in the west-southern corner of the rural area, which in 2010 was replaced with industrial unit. There was also a road, which was dividing housing zone from farmland.
In 2010, a vast array of facilities was added in the rural area. One of the main changes was that they added football pitch for kids who were living in this area and allocated place for forest, which made this rural area more organised and well structured.
