Overall, the town has undergone major modernisation processes that came in the form of extending the territory for housing and transforming the farmland to industrial unit. Additionally, the location of school and river flow – stayed untouched with no minor changes.
The layout of rural area in 1970 was rather empty. The whole western side was occupied by multiple facilities with the river that flows in the middle. The school was located at the western side of a river adjacent to a large playing field. Most of the land were contributed for housing and farmland. The East side of the town was dedicated to green zones.
In 2010, new facilities that cover needs of residents were introduced. The territory of housing was notably enlarged to accommodate the residents. The former playing field was reconstructed on the east side of a river that diminished the size of a green landscapes. Lastly, the new road across the river was introduced to connect both banks and the farmland had been entirely replaced by an industrial unit
