The maps illustrate information about changes are occurring now in the Nelson city after year of 2000.

Overall, it can be seen that major changes about Nelson city have hall of residence, new shopping center, bars and clubs, as well as restaurant.

To begin with Nelson with year of 2000 view, there was big university in the northern side of the city, while train station situated at the middle of the west side as well as the old market situated near by road with right next to the city centre. Moreover, port was placed in the southern side of Nelson city.

On the other hand, as per recent development, in the Nelson city hall of residence is placed north-west corner of the city, whereas university and new shopping center is on the north side opposite to city center. In addition, city center now establish bike rental scheme which was not done during 2000 as well as on the south side, there are numerous things like new shop is placed left side of the city center, while on the right side there is new covered market. Apart from this, restaurant as well as bars and clubs are situated near by the port and road which is built only for pedestrians.
