Overall, the most noticeable beings will be the elimination of farming industry, an increase in size of residential areas, transformation of shopping habits, and a construction of new sport facilities.
Currently, Birshire town has a strong farming infrastructure with Griffith Farm in the north-east of map, Hoolahan in the east, and Farmer’s Market in the north. Regarding the roads, it Is the Corbie Road, which is a small path from the north to east, That street, locating between the farms, and McGoldirck Road, which connects the residents with almost all of the facilities. Additionally, there is housing amenities with a branch road in the west, which are the main customers of the shops that located in the south. Regarding the south-east of map, there is an open field just next to the public park alongside McGoldrick Road.
In the future, the Corbie Road will be longer, and there will be a roundabout at the conjunction of That Street and McGoldrick Road. The Griffith Farm will be demolished in order to make a supermarket, which will replace the traditional shops. The housing facilities will be expanded, as new houses will be conctructed instead of shops. New car parking to area and new sports facilities in the south-east will accommodate people living in nearby houses to the west of it. It is the public park that will be remain untouched.
