Firstly, there are shops at the northern countryside of the Islip town centre which the authority will demolish to expand as a shopping centre, a bus station besides a car park. In a similar way, housing which is located at the core of the city center will be knock-down and reconstructed three several buildings one on the west-south side, second on the southeast corner, and another on the northeast corner.
Moreover, the main road between shops centres which is east to west will be removed and renovated it with pedestrians only. It is worth noticeable that, the road to the west south will be modernized around of the city center, furthermore, it is will be extended with dual carriageway convenience. Finally, the park and school which have present conditions at the east-south and west-south sides approximately, these will be at the same location, yet park will be setup as a new with lesser than present time.
