The map demonstrates the modification of Harton Town between 2008 and 2016. Where the main stream of river stayed same, but many areas were converted into demanding spheres.

Overall, the plan remained same, but the designtion regions were changed. In 2008, industrial complex coverd small-scale area, in spite of that after development the need increased, and right bottom corner were fully assigned for manufacturing process and work.

Futhermore, location of Residential area one on both plans were identical. In 2008, there are three different locations were assigned for residential complex, but in 2016 plan there was only one area for public houses. And in comprison residential area two was used for shopping center, school was at same place, old town was replaced with university and offices as per local demand, also 2016 map showed a designated area for car park near residetal area.

Simply, 2008 Harton town are old fashion and based on tradional design, while 2016 town shows modern and full of facilites plan.
