At present, to the south, the entrance leads to the reception area; there is a row of offices including four offices. On the northern side of the building, there is a kitchen, canteen, and stock room. There are two large lawns facing each other in the east and west. The building has a toilet room near the stock room and the eastern grass area.
Significant changes are planned for the future office building, with the western grassland being transformed into an outdoor activity area, while the eastern one will be divided into a coffee counter in the north and a meeting area in the south.
